Article 34 of Law 17/2001, of December 17, 2001, on Trademarks, as well as other national legislation that may be applicable, guarantees the exclusive right to use the aforementioned distinctive signs in the course of trade. Consequently, their use by third parties lacking authorization is prohibited.

The user can view all elements, print them,Ā 

copy and store them in your computer or in any other physical support as long as it is for your personal and private use, remaining, therefore, its use for commercial purposes, its distribution, as well as its modification, alteration or decompilation is strictly prohibited.

CARF does not grant any license or authorization of use of any kind on its intellectual and/or industrial property rights or on any other property or right of exploitation, reproduction, distribution, communication or transformation related to the web page, alphabetical or photographic contents or any other type or support".

Return, cancellation and refund policy

  1. This website does not intervene in the bank management of payments, manual or automated, and is therefore exempt from any obligation or liability arising from their realization, as well as from the cancellation of payments.
  2. The user is responsible for the veracity of the data provided, and Centro AcadĆ©mico Romano FundaciĆ³n reserves the right to exclude from the contracted service any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to other legal actions.
  3. Donations to this entity will be made through the means of payment available at all times on this website, including, where appropriate, virtual POS secure payment, whose operation is completely confidential with the Spanish bank.
  4. Once the donation has been made, Centro AcadĆ©mico Romano FundaciĆ³n will send the opportune communications to the donor for the appropriate legal and accreditation purposes.
  5. The amount of the donation made shall be pure and simple, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  6. For the purposes of European and national regulations on personal data protection, you are informed that the personal data entered in the forms will be incorporated into a file owned by this entity in order to use them exclusively for the purposes for which they are requested. Any modification must be brought to the attention of this entity by the respective owner.

Under these premises, as established by European and national regulations on personal data protection, this entity acts as a data processor owned by the person responsible for the virtual POS or external means of payment, so it will only process the data in accordance with the instructions of the owner of the file, and will not apply or use them for purposes other than that which motivates the donation, nor communicate them, not even for storage, to other persons.

By filling in a corresponding form accepting its terms and filling in the sections, you expressly consent to the exemption of responsibility of this entity with respect to third party means of payment and acknowledge compliance with the conditions set forth in this information.
